OMGEVING
Kleiburg was in 2014 het renovatieproject (vernieuwbouw) van een van de grootste flatgebouwen in Nederland. Het project, ontworpen door NL Architects en XVW architectuur, won in 2017 de prestigieuze Europese Mies van der Rohe Award en de Dutch Design Award. Het appartement zelf is op de zesde verdieping en ligt mooi op het zuidwesten. Vanaf je balkon heb je een weids uitzicht. Voor de dagelijkse boodschappen kun je terecht in het Winkelcentrum Kameleon.
